Our client in Spartanburg, a utility company, is seeking to bring on a Customer Service Representative to handle both in-person customer service as well as call center duties.
This position is temp-to-hire and offers $18-20hr with a Monday-Thursday schedule of 7:30-5:30 with a 1 hour lunch.

Responsibilities:
- Process orders in person and by telephone or fax.
- Communicate with customers regarding their services.
- Post customer payments and enter data into the computer.
- Answers phone line and transfer calls or takes messages as necessary.
- Route calls as needed and create work orders following up with customers.
- Open and distribute incoming mail.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
