Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist for a 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role supports both student services and administrative operations with a strong focus on accurate data entry and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries

Accurately input, update, and maintain student and administrative records

Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to college data and privacy policies

Support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Ensure data integrity and timely reporting
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

1+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in an educational or public service environment is a plus
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15 – $18 per hour (based on experience)
