Responsibilities:
- Handles incoming basic contribution and loan transactions
- Identifies and reports discrepancies in contributions and loan payments
- Reviews and reconciles contributions against employer payroll files to ensure accuracy in payroll processing
- Adheres to processing deadlines effectively
- Prepares payroll reports for employers
- Utilize Excel for data entry
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred OR equivalent experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Previous knowledge in payroll processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
- 100% onsite
- Permanent/Direct Hire
Compensation:
- $50-55k, depending on experience
