Our client is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their inhouse team in Columbia, SC. This organization is a local non profit focused on helping poverty level individuals and families access resources for housing, food, and health care.
The Customer Service Representative is part of a call-center type team. They receive inbound calls from people in need and show them how to sign up for food, security, housing, etc. If you are looking for a role where you can help others and do fulfilling work, this is a great opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, answering questions/inquiries about supported programs
- Assist with completing various applications for clients
- Ensure client and partner satisfaction and maintaining company’s reputation
Experience:
- Call center experience or customer service experience
- Technology skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
Compensation:
- $15-$16/hr
- Full Time
- Training provided
- Contract to hire
