Overview

A fast-growing, multi-state healthcare organization is seeking a Project Manager to join its team and support the rapid expansion of clinic and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) sites. This newly created role will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and serve as a key driver of concurrent, ground-up healthcare construction projects.

This is a unique opportunity for a construction-savvy, detail-oriented professional to grow with a dynamic organization and help scale healthcare access through thoughtful project execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple simultaneous de novo construction projects across multiple states—from site selection through buildout and handoff

  • Oversee permitting, inspections, GC coordination, and walkthroughs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

  • Collaborate closely with the CAO as her right hand in project execution, enabling greater volume and velocity in clinic and ASC builds

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including general contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies

  • Support standardization of clinic/ASC buildouts while maintaining flexibility based on location-specific needs

  • Track and report on construction progress using tools like MS Project and GC-preferred platforms

  • Travel periodically to active build sites (approx. 2–3 times every 2–3 months, expected to increase as volume grows)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in construction (healthcare facility experience is a plus)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong communication and follow-through

  • Technically literate and comfortable using Gantt charts, project tracking tools, and documentation platforms

  • Adaptable and eager to learn—someone who brings construction knowledge but is open to doing things differently

  • Comfortable working in a high-trust, low-micromanagement environment with occasional fast pivots

  • Willing and able to travel for site visits as needed

Work Environment & Culture

  • Role is based in Lawrenceville, GA with an expectation of on-site work during onboarding; potential for hybrid arrangement over time

  • You’ll work closely with a mission-driven executive leader who values ownership, communication, and execution

  • Company culture emphasizes growth, accountability, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude
