Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Share expertise and organize project data for accessibility.
- Maintain and provide reports (e.g., Submittals, Change Orders).
- Communicate and document project updates.
- Create accurate AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision drawings.
- Prepare complete Production and Installation Packets.
- Maintain current drawing files for all projects.
- Analyze contracts, scope, labor, and material requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient project completion.
- Schedule and track progress for production and installation.
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and subcontractors about timelines, approvals, and changes.
- Monitor project status and manage Change Orders.
- Calculate and confirm material specifications and orders.
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards.
- Oversee punch lists and ensure quality during production and installation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction/manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of carpentry, cabinetry, and millwork.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a must, Cabinet Vision is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with architectural plans.
Compensation:
- $65,000-70,000 salary
- Yearly bonus up to 5-7%
