Summary: Our client in Greenville is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join their team immediately. This person will be the first point of contact when someone comes in.

This is a Temp-to-Hire role paying $16-17/hour. Fully on-site with standard Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30pm hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and staff as they come into the building
  • Answer and direct phone calls making appropriate notes
  • Assist with data entry and maintain customer information records
  • Create basic invoices to send to customers
  • Manage office and facility inventory
  • Maintain a clean receptionist area
  • Proofread documents before they are sent out
  • File, scan, and organize paperwork

Requirements:

  • Professional, friendly demeanor for greeting customers at front desk
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability and desire to help customers
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to navigate computer systems
