Summary: Our client in Greenville is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join their team immediately. This person will be the first point of contact when someone comes in.
This is a Temp-to-Hire role paying $16-17/hour. Fully on-site with standard Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30pm hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and staff as they come into the building
- Answer and direct phone calls making appropriate notes
- Assist with data entry and maintain customer information records
- Create basic invoices to send to customers
- Manage office and facility inventory
- Maintain a clean receptionist area
- Proofread documents before they are sent out
- File, scan, and organize paperwork
Requirements:
- Professional, friendly demeanor for greeting customers at front desk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability and desire to help customers
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to navigate computer systems
