Responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates client request, including financial transactions, account openings and maintenance, organizes client meetings and responds to client inquiries in a professional manner
- Proactively responds to urgent needs and understands the company’s financial planning philosophy
- Maintains accurate electronic database of prospect and client information
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures
- Provides administrative support including managing quarterly billing, scheduling client/team meetings, and managing the expense reporting process
- Builds efficiencies and effectiveness into administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Sharp organizational skills
- Great communication skills
- High level of professionalism

- $55,000 – $65,000
