A faith-based financial organization in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a warm and friendly Client Service Associate. This external-facing role serves high net worth clients and families. Important traits to have include the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and strong personal values.
 
Direct hire opportunity with a full-time, 100% in-office schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manages and coordinates client request, including financial transactions, account openings and maintenance, organizes client meetings and responds to client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Proactively responds to urgent needs and understands the company’s financial planning philosophy
  • Maintains accurate electronic database of prospect and client information
  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provides administrative support including managing quarterly billing, scheduling client/team meetings, and managing the expense reporting process
  • Builds efficiencies and effectiveness into administrative and clerical tasks
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Sharp organizational skills
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of professionalism 
 
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $55,000 – $65,000
