A highly niched, virtual event company based in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Client Experience Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients, have a familiarity with web based platforms, and an understanding of graphic design.
This position is onsite in downtown Charleston, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist users with account set up
- Partner with development team to ensure platform is functioning and issues are resolved
- Interact frequently over phone and virtual calls with clients
Qualifications:
- Client support experience
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Experience using WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
- Familiarity with Keap
