A highly niched, virtual event company based in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Client Experience Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients, have a familiarity with web based platforms, and an understanding of graphic design.

This position is onsite in downtown Charleston, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist users with account set up
  • Partner with development team to ensure platform is functioning and issues are resolved
  • Interact frequently over phone and virtual calls with clients

Qualifications:

  • Client support experience
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Experience using WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
  • Familiarity with Keap
