Job Overview:
We are hiring a Billing Coordinator for a well-established company in Downtown Columbia, SC. Our client is seeking a Billing coordinator to support the monthly review and auditing of reports. This is a full-time role and pays $18hr.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare, review and document monthly reports, ensuring accurate data entry into the spreadsheet.
- Ensure the Information System is updated
- Review and report discrepancies, providing feedback to supervisors when necessary.
- Audit debit adjustments submitted by the contractor to ensure accuracy and report errors for correction.
- Conduct random audits cases for compliance with contract terms, reporting findings to the supervisor.
- Monitor for compliance and report any missing or incomplete reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Previous insurance or healthcare billing preferred
- Previous administrative assistant experience or similar experience
