This is a full-time position Mon – Fri from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and has pay starting at $18hr.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented in our system with high attention to detail.
- Negotiating and processing payments, utilizing the proper negotiation skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
