Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant (Fluent in Korean)
Our client in Atlanta, part of an AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant who is fluent in Korean. This role will provide essential support to our immigration department, ensuring the efficient operation of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and adept at managing multiple responsibilities while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

This role will provide essential support to our immigration department, ensuring the efficient operation of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and adept at managing multiple responsibilities while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the immigration team, playing a vital role in our overall success.
- Maintain calendars and schedule client meetings with foresight and initiative.
- Process expenses, create invoices, and manage record-keeping.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, prioritizing incoming information and drafting memos as needed.
- Organize and sort prebills by company for attorneys and manage reimbursements in accordance with firm policies.
- Handle credit card payments for invoices, including those from third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with Case Managers to create and process client invoices, following up on outstanding payments as required.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain documents within the firm’s electronic document management system (Net Docs).
- Prepare legal documents and materials for attorney meetings and client filings.
- Submit check requests for client expenses and manage requests for client matter numbers to ensure proper case documentation.
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on consistent follow-up and follow-through.
- Detail-oriented, particularly in proofreading and document management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and reprioritize tasks as needed.
- Proficient in relevant technology and software applications.
