Responsibilities:
- Contact all applicable subcontractors in project area
- Gather information from various departments
- Assemble comprehensive bid proposals
- Ensure compliance with client requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to submit accurate and timely bids
- Track the status of each bid throughout the process
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional administrative experience
- Highly responsive with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable on the phone
- High technical aptitude
