An established construction company in Greenville, SC is seeking a Bidding Coordinator to manage the bidding process for commercial projects. Permanent, full-time opportunity that is 100% onsite in the Downtown Greenville.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Contact all applicable subcontractors in project area
  • Gather information from various departments
  • Assemble comprehensive bid proposals
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to submit accurate and timely bids
  • Track the status of each bid throughout the process
 
Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional administrative experience
  • Highly responsive with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • High technical aptitude
 
Benefits and Compensation:
  • $42,000 – $45,000
