What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
- Analyzing current insurance policies and making recommendations for coverage improvements
- Working directly with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize coverage
- Preparing and presenting insurance proposals and renewals to clients
- Managing policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
- Staying up to date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support business growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- At least 1 year of Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Strong understanding of general liability and workers’ compensation
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work 100% in-office as part of a dedicated team
