We are seeking a professional Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, temporary to hire position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant AP experience.

Job Description:

  • Match, batch, code and enter invoices
  • Enter, post and reconcile batches
  • Research and resolve accounts payable with customers or vendors
  • Update and reconcile sub-ledger to the general ledger
  • Maintain cash applications, account reconciliations, chargebacks

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of Accounts Payable expereince
  • Construction AP expereince preferred

Hours:

  • Monday -Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Compensation:

  • $20 – 25 hourly
  • Temporary to Hire
