A growing company in the Midlothian, VA area is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 – 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and experience with Sage ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of received purchase orders and vendor invoices
- Receiving of Direct Ship orders and forward sales order to AR for customer billing
- Manage AP mailbox and respond to any vendor and staff inquiries
- Process checks and ensure discounts are taken
- Report agency and non-agency sales to required vendors
- Address all inquiries and adjustments
- Assist with inventory and other financial projects as needed
- Process 50 – 100 invoices per week
- Oversee 1-2 AP Clerks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-5 years accounting experience
- Sage ERP experience a plus
- Excellent time management with attention to deadlines and due dates
- Strong written and oral communications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- 100% onsite
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 – $70,000 (Depending on qualifications & expereince)
