A well-established firm in Aiken, South Carolina is seeking a well-experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is direct-hire, has full-time hours, and is 100% onsite. Pay ranges between $35k to $40k based on experience.

Job Description:
  • Gather client information and compile in report
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client information
  • Assess client needs and refer them to appropriate services or programs within organization
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, communicating with clients and staff members
  • Provide support and information to staff members across company offices
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable with background screening
