Oru client in Timonium, MD is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Repair Specialist to manage the repair process for customers’ purchased products.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
The Administrative Repair Specialist will work closely with the Service Coordinator and other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete repair process for products purchased by customers, from initiation to completion.
- Log and manage repair requests in the company’s ERP system, ensuring accurate tracking of each repair.
- Verify product warranty information and assess whether repairs should be performed in-house or sent to an external repair facility.
- Coordinate the repair process, tracking timelines and arrange return shipments to customers.
- Manage inventory levels for repairs
- Process payments for repair services and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, providing timely updates and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians and installers
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with office software and experience using ERP systems (Ormandy or similar systems preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation: $19-21/hour, temp-to-hire
