A start-up company in the convenience store industry is seeking a professional Administrative & Marketing Assistant for their beautiful office in Greenville, SC. This is a wonderful entry-level position for someone looking for a career in either marketing or business operations, as there is ample opportunity for growth. This is a direct hire, primarily onsite position.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support executive leadership with administrative tasks
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Run occasional errands
  • Strength brand identity and increase brand awareness
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Post job openings to LinkedIn
  • Assist with special marketing projects
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of professional office experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts
  • Skills in multitasking, collaboration, and communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 
Compensation & Benefits:
