A well-known client is looking to add an Administrative Coordinator to their team to assist with program registration and follow-up. The ideal candidate should have experience reviewing forms and spreadsheets for accuracy, working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, along with an ability to communicate and collaborate professionally with the internal team as well as external stakeholders. This position pays $20hr and has a work schedule of Mon – Fri from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This is a long-term contract role.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact and liaison for clients regarding all processes
  • Support in data collection for program adjustments.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and assist with payment processing.
  • Analyze data to track successful completion and eligibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and maintain organizational systems for program documents while communicating with stakeholders.
  • Review paperwork for errors and keep track of pending paperwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Experience in reviewing forms and spreadsheets for accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate professionally over email or phone.
  • Software: Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to be digitally organized
  • Ability to work with a high level of independence and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and sustain working relationships
  • Ability to develop planning documents.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and apply data.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
