Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact and liaison for clients regarding all processes
- Support in data collection for program adjustments.
- Provide technical assistance to clients and assist with payment processing.
- Analyze data to track successful completion and eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and maintain organizational systems for program documents while communicating with stakeholders.
- Review paperwork for errors and keep track of pending paperwork.
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience in reviewing forms and spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Ability to communicate professionally over email or phone.
- Software: Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to be digitally organized
- Ability to work with a high level of independence and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and sustain working relationships
- Ability to develop planning documents.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and apply data.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
