Our client in professional services is looking to grow their team with an Admin Assistant to support their team with a variety of office tasks.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. This position is a Direct Hire role in Greenville with standard in-office hours.

Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Process invoices and create proper documentation for records management
- Manage memberships and update databases accordingly
- Contact vendors and address billing inquiries
- Assist with mail sorting and supply ordering
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva and website management is a plus
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm, Fridays 8:30-4pm
Compensation: $45,000- 55,000 depending on background and prior experience
