Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our finance team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing and organizing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail and support office administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and labeling.
- Manage mailroom supplies and ensure a steady stock of necessary materials.
- Ensures records are properly filed and distributed in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in organizing and managing archival storage.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Respond to inquiries related to document and mail handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
