A well-established healthcare company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Walhalla, SC. This is a full-time position, pays $12.50hr, and has the potential to go permanent with the client. This is an ongoing contract assignment and is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative assistance to staff to help process cases
  • Assists clients in-person, over the phone, and email
  • Screens applications, makes appropriate referrals, and helps resolve problems
  • Reviews applications for completeness.
  • Scans files into database
  • Maintains supply inventory
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience
  • Must be able to work 8:30 AM – 5 PM
