Responsibilities Include:
- Manages day-to-day operations of the finance team
- Facilitates continuous process improvement, efficiency, and business continuity efforts.
- Assists with all programmatic accounting, finance, and budgets
- Assists in formulating, interpreting, and enforcing policies, and procedures.
- Assists with managing revenue forecasting, administrative fee reporting, and procurement
- Provides data analytics to management for effective operations and strategic planning.
- Cross-train appropriate staff on finance and accounting operations.
- Develop documented procedures for essential tasks.
- Assists with the preparation and processing of all financial, accounting, and other related reports and documents ensuring accuracy.
- AP/AR processing and purchase order processing backup.
- Provides assistance in preparing the budget for submission; reviews and evaluates the budget; secures and compiles data and information pertaining to expenditures and allocation of funds.
