Kimberly Doppelheuer

Kimberly serves as an Executive Search Consultant on our Manufacturing and Engineering team, working with small and mid-sized companies as well as global organizations where she fills positions ranging from entry level to C- Suite. She is based in our Charleston, SC office, but provides searches locally, regionally, and nationally. She takes pride in working closely with her clients to establish a valued partnership, spending time with hiring managers to learn exactly what they need in order to acquire the top talent they are seeking. She strives to develop long-lasting relationships with her candidates, as well, learning as much as she can about them to ensure they are enhancing their career, that their needs align with the role, and that the career opportunity is a cultural fit for both the client and the candidate.

Prior to joining FGP, Kimberly worked as a Client Solutions Manager where she managed a large global client, conducting searches for engineering, technology, finance and accounting, sales, marketing and design, operations, and manufacturing.

If you could have any other fantasy career, what would it be and why?
I would be a Ballroom Dancing instructor on Dancing with the Stars! I love to challenge myself and others to get out of their comfort zone and have a blast while doing it!

What is your favorite sport to watch or play?
I love college football! You’ll find me on Saturdays during football season hosting watch parties or attending football games.
