Emily first joined FGP as a member of our staffing division, sourcing and screening accounting and finance talent. We quickly spotted her natural flair for candidates and strong relationship skills. She quickly transitioned onto the Executive Search team, where she specializes in discovering top talent in the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. In her role, Emily is responsible for presenting candidates with opportunities that genuinely fulfill their career ambitions. The most rewarding part of her role is having the opportunity to develop relationships with candidates and watch them grow professionally and achieve their goals.

Prior to FGP, Emily served as a Staffing Specialist for a firm where she recruited for office and industrial positions. Emily is recognized as a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association. Emily is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South.

The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware. I couldn’t put it down! If you are looking for a suspenseful page turner, this book is the one!

What is your proudest accomplishment?

As of right now, my proudest accomplishment is completing my first marathon in 2017. I look forward to training for another!

What celebrity would you like to meet at a Starbucks for coffee?

Sara Blakely. I would love to hear all about how she brought her billion-dollar empire, Spanx, to life!
