Christine serves as the HR Practice Lead for Find Great People where she specializes in nationwide executive search within HR and Manufacturing & Engineering sectors. Christine is adept in filling roles that range from individual contributors to C-suite with a client base that includes mid-size companies to global multi-billion-dollar organizations. Christine has 10 years of experience in executive search and contributes her success to developing lasting relationships with her clients and candidates. Her favorite part of the job is maintaining and growing her partnerships with her clients so that she can be a trusted source on the current job market and hiring trends. With a passion for HR, Christine has completed searches for VP/HR roles to Director of Talent Acquisition, Compensation Director to DEI Leaders and North American HR Leaders. Christine is a recipient of FGP’s Rising Star Award.

Prior to joining FGP, Christine spent 9 years with a boutique executive search firm. In this role, Christine was the leader for the HR and Manufacturing practice areas. Christine spent those years developing a nationwide client base of Fortune 500 companies.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

So far, my favorite travel destination would have to be London, England. I enjoyed experiencing all the architecture and history. Next on my bucket list of places to go is Africa.

If you could have any other fantasy career what would it be and why?

I would love to be a professional organizer! Organizing things make me feel so happy and calm, it is a stress reliever for me. I find happiness in an organized playroom and pantry!

What motivates you to work hard?

I am motivated to work hard because I always want to do my best, in any situation. I also want to set a good example for my children.
