Anne Tyler is a part of our Nonprofit & Philanthropic Executive Search Team working closely with mission-focused clients and candidates to foster meaningful connections both regionally and nationally. She is passionate about building trusted relationships and helping both organizations and individuals thrive. Anne Tyler is based in our Charleston office.

She began her career in the non-profit world before transitioning to a corporate setting. Her early experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for mission-driven work and the power of strong organizational networks. Anne Tyler later joined FGP as an Associate Recruiter supporting our staffing team, before transitioning into Business Development, where she played a key role in expanding FGP’s presence and partnerships along the South Carolina coast. She is a graduate of Wheaton College, in Wheaton, IL where she studied English Literature.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love spending time with family and friends, whether hanging out in the backyard or going out to grab a drink!

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

East Africa is by far my favorite travel destination so far. There are beautiful mountains, jungles, and beaches! A highlight from my time in Rwanda was going gorilla trekking and getting to interact with silverback gorillas in the wild.

What was your first job?

When I was in high school, I worked at a high-end consignment shop in Columbia called Revente! It’s still one of my favorite stores to stop in when I have time.
