Prior to FGP, Alicia worked as an Executive Search Recruiter. Her background also includes experience in talent acquisition, client management, and recruitment strategy. She brings a strong passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.

What do you love to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my daughter, exploring new places around the city, and discovering fun activities for families. I also enjoy live music, outdoor activities, and creating content that helps parents find resources, support, and inspiration.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?
I would love to visit Ghana. The rich culture, deep history, and vibrant landscapes make it a dream destination for me. Experiencing the connection to African heritage and exploring its beautiful traditions would be an unforgettable journey.
