    Responsibilities:

    Organize meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate logistics with both internal          stakeholders and external parties 
    Maintain accurate data records and ensure timely updates within  the system
    Produce reports using various software platforms and data systems
    Arrange and coordinate business travel for assigned team
    Prepare and submit reimbursement documentation (receipts,  invoices) through Concur
    Partner with staff to monitor budgets and track expenditures
    Process incoming payments in compliance with procedures
    Assist in planning and executing events, including invitation  management, tracking, preparing briefing documents, and onsite  support
    Coordinate schedules and itineraries
    Support a variety of events 
    Draft and coordinate communications, including mailings and  follow-ups
    Provide logistical support for board meetings and related functions
    Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

    Qualifications:

    Presents polished and professional 
    Strong attention to detail 
    Strong written communication skills 
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office operations or Bachelor’s degree

    $20-27/hour depending on experience
