    A growing company in the upstate is seeking an experienced candidate to join their team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.  The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in AR ideally in a manufacturing environment.  

    Responsibilities:

    Process customer payments and post to correct account
    Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
    Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and aging reports.
    Follow up on past due accounts and resolve.
    Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
    Collaborate with site managers and other departments to resolve billing issues.

    Qualifications:

    4 – 6 years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting 
    Bachelors or Associates in Accounting preferred
    Experience with an ERP software is a plus.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Multi-site management a plus

    Compensation and Benefits:
