Our client in professional services is looking to grow their team with an Admin Assistant to support their team with a variety of office tasks.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. This position is a Direct Hire role in Greenville with standard in-office hours.

Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Process invoices and create proper documentation for records management
Manage memberships and update databases accordingly
Contact vendors and address billing inquiries
Assist with mail sorting and supply ordering
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva and website management is a plus
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm, Fridays 8:30-4pm
Compensation: $45,000- 55,000 depending on background and prior experience
