Kathryn Jeremiah, MHR, SHRM-SCP

HR Consultant

As an HR Consultant at FGP, Kathryn works with start-ups, state and local government agencies, and established large and small companies across many industries including banking, crypto-currency, marketing & PR, manufacturing, and distribution. Her areas of expertise include compliance, talent acquisition process and strategy assessment, performance management, cultural assessments, organizational design, HR best practices, and early career talent programming.

Working in partnership with business leaders, Kathryn has designed and implemented policies, processes, and strategies related to attracting, retaining, and developing talent. Kathryn enjoys working closely with her clients and has a true teamwork spirit. Earning and keeping her client’s trust is of the utmost importance to her.

Prior to joining FGP, Kathryn held various progressive HR roles within a large, global consumer goods manufacturer. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and earned a Master of Human Resources degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

I love the beach – any beach will do!

What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

I went skydiving on my 25^th birthday! I would definitely do it again – I had a blast!

If you could describe yourself as an animal, what would you be?

I took a spirit animal quiz, and my result was the wolf. The results said, “the power of the wolf brings forth instinct, intelligence, appetite for freedom, and awareness of the importance of social connections.” I believe this is fairly accurate, but I think I would like to be considered more of a Golden Retriever – a little more friendly!
