Our client, a commercial real estate company in Greenville is seeking an experienced, temporary Lease Administrator with a strong background in commercial lease administration to manage critical lease functions, support tenant relations, and coordinate documentation throughout the lease lifecycle.
This position begins temporary covering during a medical leave, but could be brought on permanent as the company rapidly grows!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain lease records in Yardi Voyager; upload documents to DealSumm and verify lease abstracts.
  • Draft lease agreements, amendments, and related documents with minimal supervision.
  • Track critical lease dates and project milestones using Outlook and internal tracking tools.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, utility transfers, and turnover schedules with Property Managers.
  • Support construction compliance by sharing lease requirements with Project Managers and monitoring landlord obligations.
  • Communicate with tenants to collect payments and resolve rent issues; coordinate with Accounting on financial discrepancies.
  • Ensure full execution and distribution of all lease documentation; file original documents.
  • Prepare default notices, returned check notices, and documentation related to lease compliance.
  • Assist in gathering documentation for Tenant Improvement Allowance reimbursement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lease administration.
  • Proficiency with Yardi Voyager, DealSumm, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $24-33/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 hours and Friday 4 hours ending at noon
