This position begins temporary covering during a medical leave, but could be brought on permanent as the company rapidly grows!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lease records in Yardi Voyager; upload documents to DealSumm and verify lease abstracts.
- Draft lease agreements, amendments, and related documents with minimal supervision.
- Track critical lease dates and project milestones using Outlook and internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, utility transfers, and turnover schedules with Property Managers.
- Support construction compliance by sharing lease requirements with Project Managers and monitoring landlord obligations.
- Communicate with tenants to collect payments and resolve rent issues; coordinate with Accounting on financial discrepancies.
- Ensure full execution and distribution of all lease documentation; file original documents.
- Prepare default notices, returned check notices, and documentation related to lease compliance.
- Assist in gathering documentation for Tenant Improvement Allowance reimbursement.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lease administration.
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager, DealSumm, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- $24-33/hour
