A regional firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its workers’ compensation defense practice in North Carolina. Experience within this practice area is required.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support senior attorneys
  • Professionally represent clients
  • Provide legal support and guidance
  • Manage case files, evidence, and documents
  • Handle the discovery process
  • Manage correspondence
  • Conduct thorough investigations
  • Prepare and file documents with the court
  • Track billable hours and prepare invoices
 
Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
  • 2-5 years of workers compensation experience
  • Workers Compensation experience preferred
