This full-time, direct hire position is 100% onsite at a desirable downtown office location. The incumbent is eager to train their replacement for their final weeks before relocation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Executive Assistant for regional executives
- Manage office correspondence, office supplies, and parking garage and office key cards
- Manage accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, commissions, and reporting
- Update database and filing of property listings
- Assist commercial real estate brokers with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic financial and accounting acumen
- Strong technical skills
Benefits & Compensation:
- $50,000 – $53,000
