This is a 2-month temporary assignment with the potential to extend. If you’re someone who thrives on organization, enjoys jumping into a variety of tasks, and can hit the ground running with minimal direction, we’d love to hear from you. This is fully on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the HR Manager
- Maintain and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Organize and plan company events, including food truck scheduling and team-building activities
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. monthly birthday roundtables, activity calendars)
- Handle document scanning, file organization, and light data entry
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations (e.g. adding photos and formatting for tenure reports)
- Use Excel for basic tasks including data entry, formulas, and document merging
- Create simple visuals or materials in Canva for HR-related initiatives
- Keep things running smoothly with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel (basic formulas, merge), and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
- Organized, creative, and a natural problem-solver
- Able to work independently without the need for constant oversight
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- $20–$25/hr
