A growing mortgage team is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join their office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a fast-paced environment with potential for long-term growth.
The position is fully onsite during the temporary phase. If the role transitions to permanent, a hybrid schedule will be available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process mortgage loan files from application through closing
- Organize, review, and verify loan documentation
- Support sales and loan officers with administrative tasks
- Perform basic math and loan-related calculations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the loan process
- Communicate with internal teams and clients in a clear, professional manner
Qualifications:
- Prior mortgage industry experience required
- Experience with Encompass software is a strong plus (but not required)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Open to feedback, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
