ERP / IT Project Manager

ERP Leadership & Development:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics including custom development, integrations, and upgrade planning toward Dynamics F&O.

SQL Expertise:

  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills with deep experience in performance tuning, database optimization, and supporting ERP system architecture.

Project & Change Management:

  • Proven success leading complex ERP projects, managing cross-functional teams, vendor coordination, and delivering scalable, timely solutions under budget.

Operations & Business Intelligence Alignment:

  • Background in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI), aligning ERP functionality with operational goals.

Player-Coach Leadership Style:

  • Hands-on technical contributor with mentorship experience, fostering team growth, while driving strategic planning and cross-departmental collaboration.
