Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation solutions using MES, PLCs, and Ignition SCADA systems.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

  • Integrate MES with existing infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployments.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

  • Document configurations, processes, and provide technical support for automation-related issues.


 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems automation, with a strong background in MES, Ignition, and PLC programming.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MES systems (e.g., Wonderware, Siemens, Rockwell).
  • Extensive experience with Ignition SCADA software.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text).
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, Profibus).
