Responsibilities:
- Handling caseload from start to close and serving as the main point of client contact
- Complete case functions to increase settlement value and drive case towards settlement.
- Advocate for clients’ needs medically, ensuring they can receive the best care possible
- Responsible for medical case management, responding to medical providers, and developing action plans with clients
- 2+ years of personal injury legal support
- Strong knowledge of law and legal processes
- Experience in handling a pending inventory of cases
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus- not required
- $50,000-$60,000 annual salary, based on experience
- 25 days of PTO
