Responsibilities:
- Manage the facilities, office equipment, and supplies, ensuring everything is functioning smoothly.
- Greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents for meetings are key responsibilities. You’ll also need to take notes during meetings and provide follow-up communication.
- Handling incoming calls, mail, and checks, along with creating client packages and processing documents. There is also a focus on maintaining office cleanliness to create a comfortable client environment.
- Experience with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar database) will be important. Additionally, you’ll facilitate virtual client meetings using Teams.
- As part of a close-knit team, you will collaborate on various projects and contribute to practice management.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in financial organization
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Background check required
- Excellent longevity in past roles
