Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join their team in Spartanburg.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by performing price checks and helping them locate missing items.
  • Engage with customers to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
  • Utilize computer terminals to retrieve and process customer information, or refer to resources such as The American Drug Index to address customer inquiries about pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the same department or other departments to gather accurate information for customers.
  • Communicate with the Buying Department or suppliers to obtain details that could not be acquired through other methods (e.g., release dates for new products).
  • Reach out to the relevant department or supervisor to track lost or delayed shipments.
  • Contact other customers to retrieve merchandise that may have been mistakenly placed in the wrong location.
  • Handle all aspects of billing and credit processes.
Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy Technician Certificate Required
  • Previous experience working with customers is ideal
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $18/hour with a $0.50 increase every 3 months that goals are achieved (max out at $20/hour)
  • 4 weeks of PTO, 5 sick days, 6 paid holidays plus two floating holidays
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm
