Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by performing price checks and helping them locate missing items.
- Engage with customers to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
- Utilize computer terminals to retrieve and process customer information, or refer to resources such as The American Drug Index to address customer inquiries about pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the same department or other departments to gather accurate information for customers.
- Communicate with the Buying Department or suppliers to obtain details that could not be acquired through other methods (e.g., release dates for new products).
- Reach out to the relevant department or supervisor to track lost or delayed shipments.
- Contact other customers to retrieve merchandise that may have been mistakenly placed in the wrong location.
- Handle all aspects of billing and credit processes.
- Pharmacy Technician Certificate Required
- Previous experience working with customers is ideal
- $18/hour with a $0.50 increase every 3 months that goals are achieved (max out at $20/hour)
