Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary role with the potential for permanent hire. This position supports daily operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating communications between departments and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage administrative workflows.
  • Maintain records and update databases.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience (auto finance experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook (Auto IMS and RDN preferred).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Fully onsite in Spartanburg, SC.
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility as needed).
