This is a direct hire, fully onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to attorneys
- Prepares legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinates schedules, meetings, and travel
- Organizes and files clients’ documents
- Processes client bills and expense reimbursements
- Formation of Corporations/LLCs
- UCC Searches/Filings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of related experience required
- Corporate experience is strongly preferred
- Applicable knowledge in setting up domestic and foreign corporations, partnerships, limited liability company laws, and required filings
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in platforms such as Microsoft Office, Westlaw, DocuSign, Dropbox, etc.
- Dependable, proactive, and driven work ethic
- Highly professional communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 – $65,000, based on experience
