Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule meetings and Zoom calls
  • Maintain calendars and order office lunches as needed
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
Compensation:
  •  $19 per hour
