Our client in Columbia, SC, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist commercial and retail customers. This role primarily involves phone and email communication, with some in-person interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Process orders, shipping, and receiving
  • Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office
  • Provide product information and support

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
  • Willingness to learn about the flag and signage industry
  • Customer service experience preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • On-site in Columbia, SC
  • $14–$15 per hour
  • PTO
