Our client in Greenville is hiring a Sales/Admin Clerk to support the office with data entry and customer support. This is a Direct Hire role on-site at $20/hour and great opportunity and potential to grow into a Sales Associate position with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage data entry for all orders received for assigned accounts.
  • Keep account details current and accurate, including product types, order frequency, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Communicate with Sales to keep them updated on account status and customer needs.
  • Address inventory, production, and transportation issues to coordinate orders.
  • Verify pricing and contracts to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, materials, and freight with credit, accounting, and customers.
  • Report customer feedback and complaints to management and consumer relations.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally to customers.
  • Maintain efficiency in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a clerical or retail, but not required
  • Punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Energetic, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: On-Site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Compensation: $20/hour
