Our client in Greenville is hiring a Sales/Admin Clerk to support the office with data entry and customer support. This is a Direct Hire role on-site at $20/hour and great opportunity and potential to grow into a Sales Associate position with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage data entry for all orders received for assigned accounts.
- Keep account details current and accurate, including product types, order frequency, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Communicate with Sales to keep them updated on account status and customer needs.
- Address inventory, production, and transportation issues to coordinate orders.
- Verify pricing and contracts to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, materials, and freight with credit, accounting, and customers.
- Report customer feedback and complaints to management and consumer relations.
- Represent the company positively and professionally to customers.
- Maintain efficiency in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clerical or retail, but not required
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule: On-Site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Compensation: $20/hour
