The position involves heavy event planning. This position sits on-site in Spartanburg.
Responsibilities:
- Draft organizational announcement, employee messages, and executive presentations
- Coordinator in-person and virtual meetings for leadership team and team events
- Process and manage expense reports
- Assist in preparation and distribution of company’s quarterly newsletter
- Maintain organizational charts and reporting lines
- Handle incoming mail and shipments for executive team
- Maintain office and kitchen area and supplies
- Provide support for meetings and events
- Polished and professional presentation who demonstrates initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels
- Experience providing executive admin support is a plus
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
- Experience with event planning and marketing is a plus
- Strong writing and communication skills
Compensation: $25-28/hour
