Hours are full-time and fully onsite. This is a temp-to-hire position. State benefits once permanent.
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 – $25, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on, administrative support for the HR Department
- Organize, update, and manage all employee records and files
- Efficiently and effectively answer employee’s incoming questions and requests
- Coordinate logistical support for events and meetings
- Process HR invoices and monitor office supplies
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in related field
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Training in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related area preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- HRIS, ATS, and benefit enrollment system experience preferred
