A government organization located in Downtown Greenville is seeking a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate has sharp organizational and communication skills with a love for supporting employees.
 
Hours are full-time and fully onsite. This is a temp-to-hire position. State benefits once permanent.
 
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 – $25, based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on, administrative support for the HR Department
  • Organize, update, and manage all employee records and files
  • Efficiently and effectively answer employee’s incoming questions and requests
  • Coordinate logistical support for events and meetings
  • Process HR invoices and monitor office supplies
 
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in related field
  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Training in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related area preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • HRIS, ATS, and benefit enrollment system experience preferred
